Roll out of training and offer one to two times per year. * Creating and implementing Leadership Development Training by developing an internal leadership school for those identified for progression into senior management. Roll out of training and offer annually. * Oversight of trainer observations by completing training observations on all trainers to ensure compliance with ADA and Diversity. * Management of the past due training report by preparing and submitting a report of all past due training from the LMS and submitting monthly to the Operations Committee for awareness and accountability. * Coordination with the Human Resources department and the HRIS vendor to implement and manage the Learning Management System of the bank’s HRIS. * Actively participate as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council. Work with teams to help carry out diversity & inclusion projects while providing a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
