• Executive Leadership: Shape policy and programs as collaborative member of the Imagine! executive leadership team. Design educational outreach efforts to increase Imagine!’s community presence and build philanthropic.
• Fundraising: Increased funds raised annually by over 50% in eight years. Currently raising $1.1M+ with 25% growth in new donors. Lead the annual fundraising gala to a 90% increase in revenue over eight years, currently.

• Via’s mission is to promote independence and self-sufficiency for people with limited mobility by providing caring, customer-focused transportation options.
• Fundraising: Developed strategic fundraising plan to address donor activities and goals for each stage of the donor pyramid, including cultivation and solicitation of major donors, planned gifts and capital and annual.
• Communications: Executed organizational name change to ensure community-wide recognition and adoption, resulting in increased visibility and dollars raised.
• Executive Leadership: As a member of the executive team, developed tactics to support long-term sustainability of the organization.

• Identified, cultivated and solicited donors around the U.S. using a mix of communications channels including events and personal visits.
• Grew the donor membership group, National Solutions Council ($1,500+) and built national presence.
• Chaired RMI’s national event for major donors in San Francisco, 2009.
• Researched and wrote national foundation grants, bringing scientific work and language into layman’s terms and articulating financial and programmatic accountability. In FY09, secured $600,000+ in grants.

• Fundraising: Planned and executed two capital campaigns ($5 million and $2 million); managed and trained 30+ volunteers; conducted direct solicitations and secured foundation grants. Planned and executed annual fund.
• Executive Leadership: Served on the Board’s strategic planning commission, collaboratively charting the goals and objectives for a five-year horizon. Managed volunteer organizations within the school structure.
• Communications: Developed and executed all publications including bi-annual alumni magazine, annual report, monthly newsletters and event programs. Provided marketing expertise resulting in increased admissions.

• Wrote, edited and supervised publication of The Chamber Journal monthly. Prepared script, audio-visuals and promotion of Chamber events. Handled media to ensure coverage.
