With years of service and dedication to the Military and Veteran communities, I am currently working with the Virginia Department of Veterans Services as a Veterans Services Representative. I connect Veterans and their families with the benefits they have earned--including healthcare, disability, education, and state benefits. This seems to be a natural progression from my previous work as an employment and skills development facilitator and counselor for transitioning Service members. I excel in leveraging programs and developing networks and resources to empower my clients and maximize their potential. I have years of experience developing curriculum and training teachers/facilitators. I excel at program analysis and development. I have strong public speaking skills and am dedicated to the highest standard of customer service.
