As the Executive Director, Career Coaching and Employer Connections at Ivy Tech Community College, I oversee the strategic planning and execution of training and employee upskilling programs for business and industry partners across the state.I have a proven track record of designing and delivering customized and impactful solutions that address the evolving needs of the workforce and the economy. I have received the Exemplary Program Award and the Business and Industry Partnership Award for my work in creating and sustaining high-quality and high-demand programs that benefit both employers and employees.
