Division Technology Lead in developing and growing the National Outsourcing Practice for Arthur Andersen• Developed the Arthur Andersen Shared Service Center strategy for the preferred Finance platform, Oracle. Created the Transition Methodologies and Process footprints. • Conducted Project Management training courses for Arthur Andersen seniors, and managers. • Project manager for the largest PeopleSoft Student Financial Aid implementation, with over 700 users and 55 sites. Responsible for 40 member technical team, including infrastructure, business design, applications development, database management, functional & stress testing. • Provided for PeopleSoft System Conversion project pricing and contract assumptions for the General Motors Payroll outsourcing engagement, the largest outsourcing deal awarded to Arthur Andersen.• Provided for Project Management of the implementation of Oracle 11i applications: Financials, Projects, Manufacturing, and Distribution modules.

Project Manager for the successful implementation of Baan IV: Financial, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules in a multi-site, multi-currency environment for a $250 million International manufacturing and distributor of beauty, vitamin, and herbal supplement products. • Created a new division for the IT organization to provide for internal system implementation services and continuous process improvement, saving over $1million in consulting fees. • Responsible for the entire project life cycle including scope definition, executive and team communication, functional and technical design, application security, full testing cycles for unit, string, and system tests, data conversion, final conversion, and post-conversion support.• Established processes and tools for post-conversion support and ongoing system management including the establishment of an Enterprise Systems Steering Committee and a centralized database of all active, completed, denied, and future projects
