After 30-60-90 day analysis transitioned into management consultant role to better position the organization for success. Assisted with new board recruitment, problem-solved internal challenges, recommended internal hire for executive director, mentored new executive director for 6 months.

Additionally, the Chamber of Commerce harnesses the tremendous potential of the private enterprise system and the community at large as a unified "Voice of Business", enabling its membership to accomplish collectively what no one person can do individually.

The BCWF has roots extending back 100 years and has been a registered society since 1951. BCWF has a conservation mandate with a diverse membership representing hunters, anglers, outdoor recreationalists that believe that wise use of our natural resources equates to future use of the same. Since taking the role of first woman Executive Director, September 2007 to January 2011 the organization grew from 27,000 members to over 42,0000. Leading the community engagement process through providing relevant conservation education to meet changing demographics and a strong voice for fish, wildlife and habitat Patti was able to work collaboratively with the BCWF team and stakeholders to take it from an organization in decline to a healthy, vibrant contender in the conservation field.

Invited to provide analysis and redevelopment of organization as a project, moved onto the board as Treasurer until September 2009. Remain as supporter of this important work.
