Along the way, Patty led collaborations, community initiatives and a broad range of organizational projects. She coached and mentored colleagues and coworkers in the importance of customer focus and effective customer communication, as well as marketing strategy, branding and community image. She served as a public spokesperson and assisted her organizations in the development of clear, concise messages in both crisis and everyday situations.
