Hired Trained and developed the staff at Neighborworks Mortgage Help Center in Sacramento, managed the day to day production at the center. Monitor and analyze staff performance and insure that the customers are receiving the best customer service possible. Strong understanding of the Mortgage default and foreclosure process, Short Sales and Deed in Lieu. Perform and lead activities related to processing loss mitigation workouts at the Fannie Mae Mortgage Help Network partners including the development of new programs and/or processes for implementation of MHNs,(Mortgage Help Network) improvement of customer service, and effective outreach to Fannie Mae customers. ➢ Design, modify, install, and/or maintain metrics that drive and measure business performance. ➢ Ensure that all reporting criteria, specific to the MHN, is appropriately captured effectively monitor production, implement efficiencies, and reduce costs. ➢ Review MHN exception reporting daily and carry out follow up measures in order to meet data integrity expectations. ➢ Serve as liaison to internal customers, servicers, and other industry partners to strategize and align processes in order to prevent foreclosures.
