• Onboarded new clients to UKG Ready by consulting and building the payroll module to the client’s specific needs• Requirements gathering, data migration imports, legacy payroll history imports and reconciliation, testing and parallel payrolls.• Manage and schedule all client Zoom meetings for the payroll module through all phases of the implementation process• Collaborate with both the internal project team, and with members of the client’s project team to meet project deadlines. Notify project team of any concerns or issues • Provided guidance to increase the client’s knowledge and confidence using UKG Ready software• Project tracking utilizing SmartSheet, Power BI and Excel
