I enrolled in a virtual online course with Coding & Training Clinicians, LLC and earned a certificate for successfully completing 80 hours of class time in Current Procedural Technology, ICD-9 and HCPCS Level II. As of January 31, 2015, I earned my Certified Professional Coding license and in 2015 gained ICD-10 proficiency as well.
