Oversaw several complex projects simultaneously.--Organized and improved inventory controls using scanning technology; a large but successful undertaking.--Managed the highest volume office and dock operations for Chrysler Consolidation, coordinating 55 direct traffic reports and a 35+ employee team.--Involved in a comprehensive audit system implementation, for mitigation and removal of $2M in freight claims at the Laredo, Mexico border. --Brought in a personal PC to run multiple reports at the company’s largest breakbulk; its’ success led to corporate PC installation in other terminal locations.
