I have rebuilt two campuses bringing them back to growth and profitability. I led a new campus launch growing this location to the 4th largest campus at Rasmussen University. In this role I hired all team members, led the day-to-day operations, built and executed community development and outreach plans, lead and supported all departments, and created a strong and vibrant student focused culture. In this role I provide leadership and support to all areas of our campus including: academics, admissions, facilities, financial services, marketing and student services. My key areas of responsibilities included: P&L oversight, driving KPI's, and building strategies to support student enrollment. I led the public relations and brand building for the campus including media interviews, creating internal team training videos, and community and chamber relationships.As the key operations director for the campus I had direct responsibility for the day-to-day facilities management, student experience, employee engagement, safety and security, and department compliance. I created and delivered training and professional development internally and externally. My training expertise areas include: servant-leadership, customer service, motivating teams, and building a winning culture. Since 2011, I have designed, developed, and delivered annual women’s leadership breakfast events for the University growing the event to over 500+ attendees across the state of Minnesota. I worked directly with veteran agents to help them identify a sales strategy to grow their businesses through selling insurance and financial services products. I facilitated and hosted monthly district meetings providing resources and sales strategies for agencies to implement and execute. I completed annual compliance audits for agencies to ensure they met all business standards. I held insurance licenses in Life, Accident, and Health, Personal Lines, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 26. I was the top agency recruiter in the state of Minnesota in 2007 out of 18 districts.
