I will be leading the associations in terms of building new partnerships and exploring funding opportunities for projects of IAAS. I am responsible for maintaining and leading any partnership with Global Partners of IAAS like EIT Food, BAYERS, RaBo bank, FAO, WFF, and responsible for new partnerships. I will also increase the visibility of the organization through the representation of IAAS constitutional as well as UN events.

With the strong Focus on Addressing climate change and Promoting nature based Solutions, I played a crucial role in designing and Implementing a project that contributes environmental sustainability and community resilience. I am responsible for conceptualizing and designing projects that tackle climate change issues at grass root level targeting pro communities. I writes proposals related to projects, search different strategic Partners and apply for the grants. I conducted project competition from IAAS and provide seed money for the innovative Projects. I gives session on project designing, working on the identification, designing ,monitoring and evaluation of the overall project.

During my 4 years journey in the National and international level. I am a Regional External relation coordinator for the IAAS in the biggest student association for students in agricultural-related sciences, with over 10.000 members in more than 50 countries. As the VP of External Relations, I will try to create partnerships with fellow organizations around the globe to fulfill IAAS’ goal of creating mutual understanding among students to combat present-day crises. In this role, I will also be part of the Executive Board of the association where I represent the organization for bilateral meetings, developing partnerships, Signing MoUs.

IAAS is the biggest student association for students in agricultural-related sciences, with over 10.000 members in more than 50 countries. As the National Director of IAAS Nepal, I tried to create IAAS Nepal a great platform to work and learn. We extend the local committees from the 5 with 7 more candidate local committee and try to extend the IAAS system, culture and Vision. We had launched different international Projects i.e Village Concept Projects (VCP). We launched two VCP ie, "Uplift Mahawari" and "Kafalghari VCP" and I was coordinating in the international Level for those projects. I got a change to present IAAS Nepal in different national and international Level through the Projects. I also presented this projects to the Climate Adaptation summit. We also seek fund from the different levels from the projects as we have apply for the UN and OPEC funds.We did a lot of works to trained our members and to develop skills in them. We have set the guidelines for the branding of our social media.As a whole it was life time experience for me to learn more , grow more and explore the inner self. I gathered different experience and learn managerial skills and most important i acquired different skills which will be utilizing in my professional life.

Technical Consultant of Carbon Credit Piloting Project.I am responsible for designing projects based on of Regenerative Agricultural Practices like No-till, Biochar, Crop rotation,Composting, Agroforestry, Cover crops and Livestock integration. I will be working with 1000 farmers of Kaski districts to make farmers profile and conduct soil organic carbon tests and works on carbon credits. I will prepare reports, design projects, provides training to farmers, engage stakeholders of the communities and works for the best practices of Regenerative Agriculture.

This Fellowship Program equipped me with strong foundations in understanding political structure, governance system and Legislative procedure. I have been engaged in Legislative research working closely with law makers,　legal experts, Honorable member of Parliament.I have developed keen eye for detail and Sharp analytical mind to delves deeper into Agricultural Loopholes, climate　change　Policy making, Loss and Damage and Environmental sustainability, identify gaps propose Effective solutions.　I have mostly focus on conducting through research on Agriculture and Climate change related legislative Process, bills and Acts.

I play a vital role in initiating various campaign aimed at raising awareness and mobilizing various actions to address the pressing challenge of climate change. I also engage with diverse stakeholders from local communities to policy makers and International organizations to promote sustainable Practices and foster climate resilient. I Promote Real solution, Climate finance, Climate justice, climate emergency, Loss and damage, net zero, Agroecology form Digo bikas Institute.
