As a program officer at Public Health Initiatives, an NGO committed to enhancing health access in rural Nepal and promoting gender equality, I am deeply involved in a multifaceted role. This includes shaping programs and advocating for social change within health and gender equality sectors. I oversee the implementation of public health interventions and organize events to celebrate health days and drive social advocacy. Additionally, I handle documentation, report writing, and daily updates on social media and the website to disseminate vital information. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I plan and manage health day observances and contribute to designing and developing informative content for various communication materials.

During my internship at Naulo Ghumti Nepal, I undertook diverse responsibilities within the Community Development Project. This included meticulously observing and documenting organizational activities, assisting the project coordinator in planning and reporting, and supporting the project team by gathering progress reports and facilitating stakeholder coordination. Attending regular updates and meetings, I contributed actively to discussions and maintained detailed records. Ultimately, I compiled a comprehensive final internship report encapsulating my experiences and contributions to the project.
