We’re always interested in hearing from like-minded people with ideas!Find out more by calling 03333 583344 or by visiting our website www.tquk.orgMain Duties: - Lead on all activities relating to Quality Assurance, ensuring that all quality assurance practices, policies and processes are compliant with Ofqual's Conditions of Recognition, specifically the activities of all TQUK EQA's- Develop, implement, monitor and update quality assurance policies and procedures- Approve centres for delivery of TQUK qualifications- Manage, plan and conduct external quality assurance and standardisation events- Investigate customer complaints to a satisfactory outcome- Approve reasonable adjustment and special consideration requests from TQUK approved centres

TQUK provide world-class customer service for training centres across the UK and are able to offer accredited qualifications (QCF) in levels 1-6 in a range of subjects, including compliance courses such as First Aid and Health and Safety, Education and Training (former PTLLS), Health and Social Care and Business and Management Qualifications.My Responsibilities:As an Account Manager at TQUK I am responsible for liaising with centres and ensuring that they receive the excellent customer service that they are accustomed to. My role came from the expansion of our account managing requirements, a consequence of a growth in the number of centres that we are doing business with.Additionally, I perform a wide variety of administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales Administration team.
