TQUK provide world-class customer service for training centres across the UK and are able to offer accredited qualifications (QCF) in levels 1-6 in a range of subjects, including compliance courses such as First Aid and Health and Safety, Education and Training (former PTLLS), Health and Social Care and Business and Management Qualifications.My Responsibilities:As an Account Manager at TQUK I am responsible for liaising with centres and ensuring that they receive the excellent customer service that they are accustomed to. My role came from the expansion of our account managing requirements, a consequence of a growth in the number of centres that we are doing business with.Additionally, I perform a wide variety of administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the Sales Administration team.
