Project Manager on the Ministry of Justice Account. HPE merged with CSC to form DXC TechnologyResponsible for migrating a Prisoner Intelligence system from a dedicated infrastructure to the HelionG secure cloud using Agile project methodology.Application was a third party COTS package so needed to manage the third party and the cloud and dedicated infrastructure teams and application support team as well as arranging testing with the end customer.Ran System and performance testing cycles and also an upgrade to the latest version fo the COTS package.

Programme Manager for a key infrastructure refresh project on a major petrochemical company account over a three year period.The programme focused on data storage solution and printing whilst maintaining our in frastructure refresh obligations.The technologies in use were: SharePoint 2013, Windows Failover Clustering, Windows Storage Server 2012 R2, BranchCache. EFSS solutions, 3PAR SAN Storage, 3PAR StoreServe File Controllers. Hybrid Cloud. SCCM, NoOps / DevOps automation, Windows 10, AppSense DataNow and for the printing solution Direct Printing, PrinterLogic,Signifcant Stakeholder management was required within HPE as the project was led by the account CIO and also within the customer organisation.Managed multiple, diverse teams including an offshore team in Malaysia and deliver y was on a global basis with solution in three regional datacentre clusters in EMEA, Americas and APAC.Developed business investment case.Prior to that worked on the Ministry of Justice Account on a number of projects.Most importantly the Implementation of a new Prisoner intelligence system.Involved in the initial selection of a COTS package and then the design of it's customisation and specific bespoke interfaces.I was SC cleared and the system included very sensitive data which needed to be migrated from local systems at all the prisons.Significant Stakeholder management, Risk management and testing involvement plus migrations process development.

Various roles starting as a developer.Ran a dealer helpdesk, launched the GM Credit card and was account manager for the Vauxhall account.Most significant achievement was as Programme Manager for the deployment of the new pan-European Ordering and Logistics system into Vauxhall.The programme involved developments in all the upstream and downstream systems including Dealer communications, Finance and Logistics.In all I had to manage 32 system developments and developed a phased implementation approach with a highly successful implementation two months before the UK market saw it's highest ever numebr of registrations. The new system handled all of this successfully.As well as the local programme I had to interface with the European delivery team.Stakeholder and risk management were key skills required as well as running the SDLC from start to finish and coming up with a robust phased implementation plans including a dealer switchover plan which required a temporary team to run a process with all 600 UK dealers
