As Key Accounts Engineer, I was responsible for managing key international contractors and consultants accounts with the following Key Performance Indices-• Continuously liaised with Consultants, Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Applicators.• Independently managed the overall functions of the company, met defined ROI objectives. • Prepared quotations, technical submittals, tenders, on site technical assistance, training, mock-ups etc.• Reviewed, analyzed, & approved pricing for clients’ business proposals.• Involved in all aspects of Watertight systems, Flooring Systems, Building Systems, Concrete repair and protection systems, and Underground Systems.

As Project Manager, managed work on three high rise buildings in the Dubai Marina and was responsible for the following functions-• Developed sub-contract works, to all 3 North tower blocks. The work consisted of screeding to all floors (K-Screed), wall and floor tiling finishes to levels G + 39. 150 000 m2 of screed was delivered by pumping method to all floors. • Controlled a skilled workforce including site engineers, finishing foremen, and surveyors and monitored the daily planning and execution of work. • Coordinated with all other sub-contractors, main contractor, and client representative for the interfacing and execution of work according to program.
