This provided clarity on roles and responsibilities in order to deliver efficiencies through role clarity, creating capacity to increase project outputs.• Developed quality and ‘Right first time’ systems in order to increase efficiencies within the business.• Developed and introduced schedules of rates for project, communicating new ways of working throughout the team, to ensure tendering and contracts are costed correctly, resulting in increased job turnover.• Completed a lean production process review, mapping tasks and roles from inception to completion of jobs, this gave complete clarity to the production, sales and installation processes undertaken by the business, increasing efficiency and accuracy, together with a process for continuous improvement.• Lead the development and implementation, supported by HR, of the Architectural team restructure in order to ensure the correct structure and processes are in place to build capacity within the team and to grow this side of the business.• Leading complex negotiations with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure value for money for the business, KPIs are met, and project objectives are achieved.• Lead implementation of quality new systems and certifications namely ISO9001, BS EN 1090, NHSS3 management systems, quality and procedure manuals, introducing centralised quoting system s and automised / electronic job book systems.
