TCH owned by the City of Toronto and operate in a non-profit manner. TCH has 2,100 buildings and 50 million square feet of residential space represent a $9 billion public asset. TCH homes and communities are in 106 of Toronto's 140 neighbourhoods, providing homes to nearly 60,000 low and moderate-income households.
