My career has been all about striving for excellence, sharing what I’ve learned, and taking pride in the details that make a real difference. My early career was focused on facility and field operations. In 2011, I stepped into a full-time Trainer and Assessor role and discovered my true calling: helping people grow their skills, build confidence, and work safely and effectively. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is working with people from all kinds of backgrounds and experiences. These opportunities have shaped my approach, making my training methods inclusive, practical, and adaptable to different needs.
