During recent years, I have been clear in identifying the marketplace changes that are having a profound impact on the employee/employer relationship. These include: generational changes and attitudes to tenure; the rise of contingent working; and consumerism. Each of these are not being anticipated in the design of reward and benefits so I have taken on and successfully delivered a number of projects on behalf of companies and benefit product suppliers to adapt to the changing marketplace. Examples of the projects I have completed are:• The development of a new lifestyle benefit that is set to have mass appeal and is coupled with new channels to market not seen in employee benefits – this goes live in April 2019;• Reward design for one of the largest utilities company that covered performance pay through to allowances, incentives and benefits – Q2 2018;• The development and launch of health and wellbeing products including activity, profiling and social care – 2018.

Leadership of a division (size: c150 people) delivering significant, complex employee engagement and reward programmes for large corporate clients. We designed and implemented schemes to improve reward, learning, benefits, employee communication and behavioural recognition.
