With over 30 years in the product design and UX practice and having worked at design studios in the Netherlands, Belgium, Singapore and Hong Kong, across different industry sectors and product categories, I bring very broad, up to date and culturally relevant experience to any design or development team. Together with several teams well over 40 design awards were gathered, I personally contributed to patents for several product categories and next to Philips internal programs I cooperated on projects for/with Bose, Swarovski, Unilever, Proctor & Gamble, Ikea and others.Besides inspiring, directing, coaching a (multidisciplinary) design team, setting design/brand identity guidelines and safeguarding those, I am an avid promotor of sustainability and circular economy.The last corporate position held was that of Design Director/Creative lead in the design team of Signify (former: Philips Lighting) in Eindhoven.
