With over thirty years of experience in the government and agencies sector, I am currently the Head of Residential at Sodexo Government and Agencies, where I lead the delivery of high-quality, safe, and sustainable operational services and strategic leadership. I have a proven track record of achieving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth, as well as managing complex and diverse teams across multiple areas. I have also demonstrated my strategic leadership , decision making and interpersonal communication skills in my previous roles in Police Scotland and Lothian and Borders Police . I also demonstrated these skills as Head of Rehabilitation and Interim Head of Operations at Sodexo Government, where I oversaw the security and operational functions of a prison and implemented innovative rehabilitation programs for the prisoners. I am passionate about improving the lives of the people we serve, and I strive to create a positive and inclusive culture within my organisation.
