First hospital in Anchorage to institute such a wide-reaching policy. One year after we did other hospitals in Anchorage followed suit.As Human Resources Services Manager, managed a team of front line generalists serving the consortium. Supervised five Human Resource Advisors and three Human Resource Associates. Developed advisor relationship between divisions of the hospital and the Human Resources Service function; ensured service levels were effectively managed.Key Accomplishments during this time period included: Created “on-call” program resulting in Human Resources support and counsel for mgmt/personnel on 24 hours/7 days a week.
