- The chemical division's primary responsibility is providing chlorination and dechlorination services to dealers, installers and service providers of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Our primary products are Calcium Hypochlorite, Sodium Sulfite, and Ascorbic Acid.- I am a member of a managing group that oversees a team of Product Specialists. We are tasked with agressive growth and revenue targets while buiding and maitaining exceptional customer relationships.- Our department aciheved a record year for total sales in 2016 exceeding our corporate growth objectives.- I also maintain direct sales responsibility over our largest and most competitive markets where I'm charged with maintiaing market pricing and growing volume while combatting agressive local competitors and emerging replacement technologies.

- NorFalco manages the Sulfuric Acid side stream for our Canadian metal smelters with a total production of 1.6 million tons annually (considered with the assets of parent company Glencore, the company has access to their worldwide production of over 7 million tons annually).- Was responsible for the Sulfuric Acid sales in the Mid-Atlantic territory. The portfolio consisted of an diverse range of industries, most notably Pulp and Paper, ALUM and Water Treatment, Battery Production, Metals and Specialty Chemical with a total sales volume of over $30 million per year.- Continuously monitored current conditions and competitor activity to determine sales strategy. Due to the fixed position of our annual production, market knowledge and foresight was critical. I was tasked with balancing corporate revenue targets and total sales with our overall inventory postion and outlook on the market.- Negotiated terms of business, manage contractual process, and execute formal supply agreements.

- Responsible for stocking our network of trucking terminals.- Weighed customer needs against the inherent bottlenecks of our shipping constraints (i.e. changes in forecast, production, railcar lead times, overall pipelines and loading delays)- Managed the allocation of product specification to each customer and terminal based on the tolerances of the end user.

- Managed half of the recievables portfolio, bringing the DSO on those accounts down from 41 days to 36 days, which paced the industry standard of 38 days.- Assisited the accounting department with their month-end account reconciliations.- Researched and resolved billing disputes and invoicing issues, with a specific emphasis on excessivley past due accounts.
