Delivered significant improvements in process efficiency through the C# app by more than doubling the number of lenders handled by the automated process significantly reducing the manual handling and speeding up the processing allowing staff to work through sheets in a fraction of the time required for manual processing, often dealing with 100's of sheets a day. I also implemented error checking and validation reporting allowing the processors to find and remedy issues without requiring others intervention again offering sore improvements. Data is loaded from an Excel worksheet via OpenXML libraries and these come in a wide variety of layouts, often subject to change without warning and many have been developed with little or no documentation supplied by the lender. This system later came to be known as Nexus. My role was as a Lead Developer on the Peer-Review & Pre-Panel/ Enquiries & Reports/ Post Panel and Proposal Acceptance functional areas.Development has been driven on a 3-Tier Client-Server approach, I was greatly involved in design and development within all 3 tiers.
