Holroyd Precision Rotors has been at the forefront of screw and compressor rotor manufacture for over 50 years, working closely with customers to design and produce all types of helical forms, rotors, supercharger screws, industrial blowers, pump screws and vacuum screws.As the sub-contract manufacturing division of Precision Technologies Group (PTG), HPR has the capability to produce both prototype components and volume production.Working closely with clients in the HVAC, air compression, gas transmission and distribution, fluids processing, and metering handling market sectors, HPR has the flexibility to produce new types of screw profiles in a matter of hours, dramatically reducing customer development and process lead-times.Our technical knowledge and expertise in milling and grinding profiles fulfils our customers' needs with the efficient and effective manufacture of compressor rotors. With an open door policy to established and new potential customers we welcome enquiries from around the world for the application of our milling and grinding technologies.As an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer we produce high quality precision compressor rotors supported by our Holroyd Profile Management System (HPMS) software. Knowledge of steel, cast iron, aluminium, magnesium and a range of exotic materials combined with a full range of size capability show our flexibility to meet the needs of your business.HPMS is applied in the development and control of profiles for screw rotors, vacuum and pump screws. The software allows for the manipulation of files to obtain a more favourable profile for machining. HPMS is also used as a tool to aid in the control of the profile during production.Holroyd Precision Rotors can provide compressor & profile design consultancy in partnership with City University London to help customers design new profiles and optimise existing profiles.
