Paul is the President of DMK Project Solutions Services, a firm that provides Owner Rep & Consultant Services to Project Owners.. As the president of DMK, Paul delivers high-caliber results by implementing solution-oriented approaches and project execution. He integrates his expertise in business development, project development, power planning, utility coordination, infrastructure, design management, construction management, process development, financial administration, commissioning and business strategy to deliver innovative Projects. Primarily responsible for directing QTS Energy Group operations throughout the US. Managed Utility Providers, EPC Partners,Designers,Suppliers,Consultants,Land Planners, General Constractors, Engineers, and Municipalities to execute Energy Delivery for Projects.➢Managed and coordinated land pipeline with development group to plan and execute power delivery➢Develop and managed Designers and EPC Contractors for all substation builds➢Recruited, Hired, and managed power managers in various markets throughout the US & Europe➢Develop-maintained relationships with Utility Providers in various markets to achieve power goals➢Managed all P & L for the energy group to include design, environmental, equipment and EPC cost➢Delivered over 2 GW of Power for multiple QTS Campuses.

Delivered multiple Greenfield & Infill Data Center Projects. Responsible for projects from inception to delivery. Worked with AHJ and Utility Providers through out the development process-approvals. ➢Manage all Pre-construction activities for projects from inception to delivery➢Directed the Design Process with both internal and external design partners➢ Prepare all Scopes of Work and RFP's . Assisted the team with bid leveling and GC Selection➢ Collaborate with Procurement on all LLE Equipment to ensure on time delivery to projects➢ Conducted Interviews for potential new team members and participate in the Hiring & Training ➢ Responsible for all P& L management for multiple projects to include budgets and pay applications

Provided attentive oversight to pre-construction and production operations for the first LG factory in the US ( Clarksville,TN) that spanned over 1MM square feet with a construction cost of $360MM. Led initiatives for schedule, quality, safety and commissioning. Completed all project training and close-out activities for all buildings on the LG Campus.➢ Successfully reduced project lifecycle from 16 to 13 months due to ongoing target delivery on time and within budget.➢ Streamlined installations of $200MM+ in automated equipment from offshore partners and managed all vendor relations, contracts, and RFPs.➢ Coordinated all staff recruitment including interviews, onboarding, and continual development.➢ Directed teams to execute all phases of construction including pre-construction, competitive bidding, team selection, construction, and project closeout.➢ Managed the complete site development for 200 acres to include the building on a new substation with TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority).

Headed large-scale $100MM program to include multiple groundout and renovation projects. Spearheaded 250k square feet power plant project among others for multinational conglomerate dedicated to Fire, HVAC, and security equipment production.➢ Aligned team vision with project requirements through expert management over project teams, architects, subcontracts and consultants over ESPC construction projects.➢ Guided negotiations on numerous energy savings performance contract projects for NIST campus and heading operations from pre-construction to completion.➢ Successfully facilitated effective installation of new electrical and mechanical equipment. to include new control systems and commissioning. ➢ Directed three-story steel / masonry building for new heat and power plant within the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
