During my career at the Austin Police Department, I was fortunate enough to help start the High Tech Crime Unit in 1993 and worked in that unit until 2003. I specialized in complex investigations of white collar crime often using undercover techniques to target high level sellers of stolen and counterfeit computer products such as processors and software. I also spent five years working in the Narcotic Conspiracy Unit from 2003 until my retirement in 2008 working on long term, high level smuggling cases resulting in federal prosecutions.Specialties: Deep knowledge of problems affecting high tech companies in the global markets and the best methods to track the criminals and find help from law enforcement and prosecution. I specialize in undercover investigations and surveillance photography.
