I have worked in accounting, audit and business advisory for 30+ years, the last 16 of which as a Partner in Deloitte NZ. I have served many organisations from a wide range of industries, from large listed entities to small not-for-profits, covering a wide range of business issues. I have a particular passion for helping family business, and people setting out in business. I have been involved in IPO's, business/key performance analysis, risk management projects, as well as internal audit. I like to keep finance and accounting as simple as possible, focusing on the future and risk mitigation, while having an eye for detail.More latterly, I enjoy applying my experience to develop and mentor undergraduates, graduates and those in the early stages of their career as they seek to find their way as successful professionals.
