This role also involved administering the turnover process to the Owner after construction, testing, and training, and the punchlist phase was completed. -

The control system included emergency mode and closed transition operation with utility power sources for peak shaving/load shedding capabilities. The project was completed on time and on budget, with minimal impacts to plant operations. -
