Product was a Short Message Service Center, a Cellular Wireless Carrier-grade system requiring the highest availability and capacity.• Tripled product revenue in 5 years, through increases in capacity, features, and reliability.• Developed the architecture for more efficient message delivery, allowing system to keep up with peak demands (the basis for the billing model).• Developed the architecture and led the development of a web-based Operations, Administration and Maintenance interface, with greatly enhanced range of features and customer usability.• Established requirements and led the design to support the new “Long Term Evolution (LTE)” standard, ensuring product remained relevant/valuable into the future.
