Traveled throughout the U.S. and Caribbean for site inspections, equipment inventory, and building code compliance. Responsible for site walk through with general contractor to create punch lists which were then sent back to the client. The general then worked from the punch list to ensure all specifications were met.

Assisted civil engineer in surveying and creating civil design drawings for all site work.Assisted mechanical engineer in creating drawings for HVAC, chilled and high temperature water piping for all heating and cooling needs for buildings throughout campus.Maintained schedule of all asphalt and concrete replacement needs throughout campus.Responsible for layout of electrical vaults and cable runs for campus electrical systems.Served on Campus Future Planning committee.
