Responsible for Onboarding of new hires, and contracted staff. Scheduled In-services with instrument company representatives to provide education and understanding of proper handling of equipment, and instrumentation handled inside of department. Also provided Continuing education to the staff, as well as validating current policy and procedures. Received American Heart Association BLS Instructor Certification.

Responsible for communication and follow up with students on a weekly basis, preparing Retention, and Pandemic reports for student tracking. Introducing prospective students to the basis of the program. Collect and submit timesheets from those students on externship and follow up with management at externship sites. Procure equipment and instrumentation though donations, prepared and participated in a Program advisory committee meeting in which the Program Chairs asked for feedback from perspective employers. Built “Count sheets” for Basic Major set, and taught up to 5 classes per Module.
