While working in Taiwan for FFG, my innovative approach enabled FFG to establish a milestone international JV with a prominent Japanese machine tool builder. This pioneering event ultimately leads to other M&A’s with dozens of global machine tool companies. I credit my achievements with my life experience during teenage. While going to school, I worked six nights a week to support family while attending school full-time. This important journey seeded humility in my heart and taught me to work with people at all levels with respect / courtesy.
