I have spent over a decade with a primary focus in residential disability care and respite services. In this time I have garnered an invaluable amount of experience in the support and care of people with intellectual disabilities, many of whom have complex support, health and behavioral needs. In addition to this experience I have a diploma in community services on the back of a cert IV in disabilities. I have always aimed to deliver the best person centered care possible, utilising experience, training, compassion and adaptability to achieve positive outcomes in the lives of the people I support.
