Regional Support Group, Sunrise East

Serving Sunrise Communities with an Executive Director vacancy that need support and working with on-boarding new Executive Directors.

I am responsible for the overall leadership, management and success of the Community. Responsibilities include oversight of operations, financial management, hiring, supervising, training, associate relations and recognition, communication, family services, resident well-being, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. A key component is the sales and marketing process to ensure maximization of revenue and our market position. As Executive Director I am expected to create, in alignment with the Brightview mission and core values, a positive culture in the Community for residents, families, and all Associates.

Oversight of the entire operation at this large Sunrise Senior Living Property in Kennebunk, Maine consisting of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Maintained high occupancy, positive revenue growth, deficiency free State Survey scores, and excellent Resident and Employee Survey Scores. Coordinated multi-million dollar Capital Project programs over a 4+ year time frame.

As a District Manager I provided overall vision, planning, direction and control for 8 assigned senior care facilities within the greater Boston area. I set objectives, monitored performance, coordinated training and development of team members while focusing on high food quality and standards to exceed our customer’s expectations.

As Dining Services Director at Brooksby Village I had oversight of a multi-million dollar dining program that ultimately serviced about 1,800 residents. Over an 8 year period the operation was built out to finally include 400 Team Members serving in 4 large kitchens, 5 restaurants, 4 dining rooms, 2 country stores and a catering operation. Developing multiple innovative concepts, Brooksby Village Dining became a trend setter for Erickson and even in the senior living industry and was recognized in multiple industry publications. I oversaw a Leadership Team that enjoyed an on-going culture of success and together we developed dedicated culinary and hospitality professionals that served with talent, compassion and dedication in a values-driven environment.
