I’m responsible for ensuring our 2,700 person team is equipped to deliver on our HXM strategic goals.My responsibilities are broadly broken up into:Business Operations – budget adherence, workforce planning, procurement.Reporting & Insights – My team designed and implemented the underlying framework to measure and report on progress towards strategic objectives and key results across our 180 scrum teams.Culture – Fostering a results driven culture while emphasizing the need for a healthy work/life balance. Focus on employee engagement, recognition of top performers and strategic alignment.Tools & Processes – responsible for definition of our Software Development Life Cycle as well as design & implementation and integration of critical internal tools such as Jira, Aha!, ServiceNow and more.Technical Program Management – responsible for running complex programs spanning multiple functions and products.Human Experience Management (HXM) is a new approach to HR solutions that builds on the best of HCM – the core functions, regime, and needed consistency that it has provided – but extends to create truly dynamic, engaging, and employee-centered experiences. HXM is a new way of delivering software and technology to the workforce. · Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of global HCM Engineering initiatives.· Coordinated major support backlog surge, resulting in a 27% decrease in engineering customer incident backlog, the lowest level since 2011.· Responsible for content and execution of bi-weekly global engineering management meeting.

Drove successful migration of 200 customers off Employee Central v1. Devised comprehensive migration strategy involving customer support, professional services, sales, and our legal team.

· Led engineering engagement with Timken, SuccessFactors’ first major customer to implement Employee Central with Payroll. Ensured smooth and successful go-live.· Developed and maintained deep relationships with key strategic customers such as Woolworths, Dentsply, Amway, Timken, PepsiCo, and others. Guided delivery of customer commitments and issue resolution.

Steered engineering engagement with multiple key early-adopter strategic customers for SuccessFactors' Recruiting Applicant Tracking product.

Head of Engineering, previously other engineering roles. Key member of leadership team of multi-million dollar privately held company, providing mission critical maintenance and regulatory software to the general aviation industry. Spearheaded ground-up rewrite of existing legacy software, building a platform for subsequent transition from desktop application to the cloud.
