Taking into account learner profiles, UX and blended learning strategies, I endeavor to add value by exceeding the expectation of both my own team, and my clients within the EMEA region.I also enjoy a wide level of Design, Execution and Measurement for clients throughout Southern & East African Private Sector, focusing on blended learning engagements in line with agreed internal standards and practices.My experience aligns to client-facing engagement where Learning and Development programmes have required on-site training, as well as designing and implementing end-to-end LMS solutions for online and remote on-boarding, training and measurement.I work with staff across the customer/guest-facing spectrum within a diverse range of hospitality and retail clientele.Coaching both Senior Management and frontline employees in specifically designed blended-learning programmes.Key Deliverables included (but not limited to) the following:- Project Management of an international team of Learning Technologists, Learning Designers and Media Production to deliver World Class Learning Courses across the EMEA region.- Managing the strategy and implementation of key client engagements- Drive skills-based learning through both ILT and LMS channels- Engage with upfront staff and client needs to determine best practice and implementation of desired learning outcomes and understand strategic HR requirements.Engage - design - implement - review - refine - repeat!
