• Manage JBT Weighing product portfolio to all North American customers and increase market share and overall sales. Develop and implement strategies and plans to increase profit and be accountable for customer satisfaction for both new equipment and aftermarket products.• Accurately forecast sales and revenue for accounts and territories.• Identify revenue generating opportunities to improve customer’s operational efficiencies. • Develop and reference sales prospects with leads and communicate to territory managers.• Demonstrate product using marketing materials to emphasize features of JBT and its portfolio.• Monitor post sales and the customer’s experience using aftermarket sales group and field service to observe product performance and quality.

• Developed and continuously improve planning, performance and quality standards designed for associates to follow in the field and office.• Lead, plan and coordinate cost effective sophisticated schedule for a team of 15 associates to maximize field production across the US.• Quantify work with Engineering Management to reach and exceed performance and quality goals for survey processes.• Frequently evaluate resources, inventory and process for better production and development.• Ensure teams meet performance and quality goals in accordance to the requirements for publication within Garmin cartographic products in a timely manner.• Provide liaison and coordinate efforts within the product development teams to assure accurate transfer of data for publication. • Mentor and train teams of Survey and Cartography Analyst associates to collect, process, interpret and manipulate raw marine survey data.
