I have been in the Football history for all of my adult life, starting as a player, progressing into coaching at youth level where I was Head of Youth Development at Torquay Utd I gained my UEFA A License, I held the position as a Football League Manager at the age of 31 yrs at Torquay Utd, I was then asked to oversee the youth policy at Swansea C FC, I then entered into player recruitment being Head of Academy Recruitment at Cardiff City, WBA, and back to Cardiff.I took time out by starting my own painting and decorating business which I shared with a P/T job with the Premier League, and P/T scouting roles at Bolton, WBA, Aston Villa where I did player and opposition reports.In 2017 I became Head of Academy Recruitment in the South West for Southampton FC where I led a team of 10 scouts, I was in this position for 3 yrs before being asked to take the role of Head of South UK Academy Recruitment for Wolverhampton Wanderers FC where I will lead a team of scouts in London and outside London covering 40 clubs
