Assignment Specific Duties and Responsibilities • Leverage the existing Maintenance Management System to order/requisition necessary spares & materials or contract labour necessary to execute the activity and plan the work with affected departments so as to minimise impact on their operations.• Update the maintenance management system database as new assets are commissioned and ensure that they each have effective maintenance plans defined• Work with the Engineering Team & External resources to define and implement Reliability Centred Maintenance initiatives and eliminate Non-Value adding works.• Own and Drive Improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness• Be the Process Owner responsible for failure mode and equipment criticality assessments (FMECA) and the generation of appropriate maintenance plans plus Spares holding strategies.

Responsible for ensuring the long term Maintenance plans 1Y, 5Y This aids smooth transition onto the 90day detailed plan for executionThis allows for Budget reviews in the current year against forecast. Along with ensuring vendor contracts are in place in ample time for execution of activities.Building up the following years plan to assist with building budgets and again ensuring the contract projection moving forward.

Currently working on Contract with Eni Preparation of the operations and maintenance plansAccountable for maintenance activities for all trades in continuous running plants such as compressor train maintenance, cranes, well services, Dive teams and pigging operations both BCI & Intelligent on Platforms & Satellite facilitiesresponsible for planning operations of offshore Jack-up vessels to aid in maintenance activities on platforms & satellites such as well work over units and coil tubingFamiliar with shutdown activities reviewing technical bids according to scope of work with regard to manpower / equipment allocation / schedule / histogram and other parameters.work with all Microsoft platforms and SAPResource allocation,distribution, leveling and crane coordination activities.recent major scopes include:1. Produced water transfer pumps upgrade, where detailed planning was required to ensure tough logistical constraints were safely overcome.2. Bow chain replacement, were detailed planning was required to deal with POB constraints, vendor interfaces and material handling issues.3. Spare Lifeboat refurbishment, where procurement & upgrade of a spare lifeboat as a rotational spare was needed to overcome platform issues with the refurbishment on the platform lifeboats where reduced POB was not an option.
