Summary of Qualifications-Time management: Persistent and driven when it comes to getting projects done. I make a conscious effort turn in all of my work on time. My grade has never suffered due to a lack of time management, both in general education and computer science.-Self-Awareness: My most important and honed skill. I am not only capable of admitting when I made a mistake, but I am also capable of taking full responsibility for any actions that may have caused something harmful.-Teamwork: Successful experience working with different groups of people. I am a good communicator with regard to group-based projects. I will always make the effort to assess how each member feels about the workload and constantly make sure everyone is capable of completing their tasks.-Research: I will always go out of my way to seek different solutions to problems that I initially cannot find the answer to, as all programmers should. Asking others for help is always my last resort.-Leadership: For areas I am comfortable in, I will make sure to help guide others whenever I can. For areas I am not well versed in, I will simply allow others to lead.
