We are renowned for timely completions and minimising disruption of working days.I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations across project management (installation and estimating), sales and customer service. The majority of my time involves managing jobs and overseeing projects to make sure we are on track and that all project activities delivered are being achieved in a timely manner and to a high standard of quality. In addition to this, I regularly visit our existing customers, engage new business and provide quotes pertaining to new jobs. The key responsibilities of my role are:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT■ Identify and evaluate new market and new target clients.■ Identify and evaluate specific new business opportunities.■ Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and overall company target.■ Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities.SALES MANAGEMENT■ Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan.■ Monitoring customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts■ Planning and coordinating training programs for sales staff.■ Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies.■ Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.■ Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION■ Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of projects.■ Working closely with the installers to assist them with Issues.CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND ENGAGEMENT■ Servicing and maintaining existing relationships.

I was engaged in Flooring installations in Commercial establishments such as Correctional , Corporate , Education and other Government Facilities. This role required me to exercise strict attention to detail, especially needed when removing various types of old flooring and properly preparing surfaces for new flooring. Preparation prior to laying flooring included closely inspecting the surface and correcting any issues that may show through installed flooring. The responsibilities of my role were:PREPARATION AND ESTIMATION■ Estimated, measured, and cuts carpets and other soft or roll floor materials, and foundation material, according to blueprints and sketches for new installation, repairs, or replacements of floor coverings.■ Estimated, measured, and prepared floor surfaces for installation or repair of hard surface floor coverings, including roll vinyl sheet materials.■ Disconnected and removed obstacles such as appliances and light fixtures.■ Sweeped, scraped, sanded, or chipped dirt irregularities from base surfaces, and filled cracks with putty, plaster, or cement grout to form smooth, clean foundation.■ Spread adhesive cement over floor to cement foundation material to floor for sound deadening, and to prevent covering from wearing at board joints.■ Laid out center lines, guidelines, and borderlines on foundation with chalk line and dividers.INSTALLATION■ Roll out, measure, mark, and cut the carpet.■ Position the carpet and stretch it to fit.■ Cut off excess carpet and frays.■ Use power stretcher to stretch carpet to fit walls.■ Joined sections using heat-taped seams.■ Glued or stapled carpet to the floor.■ Performed other work as required in support of general maintenance activity.
