I have over 20 years of experience in Project Controls and contract management in refinery and petrochemical facilities at both domestic and international locations. I have experience in providing all aspects of project controls management and advice as required by the project team, including but not limited to – • project planning and scheduling, • estimating, • forecasting, • progress measurement, • productivity analysis, • risk identification and mitigation, • procurement and contract strategies. I am also thoroughly familiar with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards as they relate to projects and the means by which work processes are modeled to meet project/program. I am conversant with virtually all standard software packages (spreadsheets, databases, word-processing, presentation packages etc.) I have also been involved in installing and running work management packages such as SAP R3.
