I am a dynamic leader with commendable leadership skills with strong business acumen and ability to bring people together and negotiate to achieve a common objective. Change oriented with a can-do attitude and as a result can be trusted to lead major business change initiatives. I am very passionate about developing and nurturing talent, play active role in promoting alignment to global standards and keen on the importance of consistency in driving business success. I joined Absa then Barclays in August 2006 as a Business Process Modeller. Then promoted to Project Manager and delivered a number of projects including the Bank's DR Site. In 2010 I moved into the role of Senior Project Manager overseeing all projects until 2017 I was appointed as Head of Operations. I attended some external trainings along the way to help me identify my strengths and weaknesses. As a result of the company's re-structuring in August 2019 there was a laters move to current position.
