I am currently the Head of Global Benefits Consulting at Lockton People Solutions, leading a team of experienced consultants who support multinationals to create, evolve and execute on their global benefits strategies. My role focuses on three key areas; - developing Lockton’s global benefits proposition to multinationals, - growing and managing the Global People Solutions function,- acting as strategic liaison to the Lockton Global Partners serving our multinational clients in their local territories. My 20+ years of domestic and international consulting experience in the employee compensation & benefits environment has included working with and advising various corporate functions; HR, Finance, Risk, Captive Boards, Trustees and Works Councils, as well as insurance carriers and third party providers.
