Technical Operations Manager overseeing our Installation & Service Technicians throughout MD & WV. I also had the pleasure to continue overseeing our Mid-Market Enterprise Team which covered our most advanced business-class products for parts of our region. Our teams work from the start of the installation process through continued advanced customer care and onsite technical support. Required working closely with Regional & Divisional Senior Leaders, developing strategies, and implementing process & policy changes that drive successful workflow and the enhancement of both the internal and external customer experience.

Oversaw our Comcast Business Technical Operations team for the Greater Washington DC area. This team performed all aspects of troubleshooting and installing Comcast Business products for Small, Medium, and Enterprise service-level customers. This included providing internet, video, and voice connectivity, along with backbones and redundancy support, to data centers, government buildings, colleges, hospitals, and stadiums. We partnered with our Project Managers, Construction, and Fiber & Engineering Departments to install and maintain these networks. Created a specialized Mid-Market Enterprise team that was focused solely on our most advanced products. Also partnered with our Regional Senior Leaders on the rollout and training of 10 new products per year and regional workforce streamlining.

Helped lead teams of Network Technicians in Montgomery County & Prince Georges County MD. This team was responsible for all cable (coax & fiber) plant maintenance, upgrades, and repairs in markets servicing over 2M residents. We also aided in the completion of 300 Node Splits, new coax & fiber plant designing & builds and head-end optimizations.

Performed troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance on all aspects of the coaxial and fiber networks from Headend to CPE
