- Retail (sales, stock, cash), and wine tastings, engaging with customers on the sales floor, recommending product to meet needs and desires.- Member of the Events Team - planning, organization and delivery of ticketed customer wine/food tasting special events.- Fulfillment of orders for pick up and delivery through the E-Commerce platform.

Full oversight and implementation of all operational aspects of the curling facility, including membership (900 members), league programming, retail sales in pro-shop, liquor sales in bar, budget creation and adherence (annual budget of ~$650,000), liaising with the Board of Directors, staff (up to 15 in-season) and volunteer (approximately 50 including coaches and league coordinators) management, non-member rentals of both ice (in-season) and building (off-season), advertising and sponsorship opportunities, event planning and promotion, website development, communications, and general maintenance of the building (in conjunction with ice technician and staff).
