As the Head of Product Design at Social Security Scotland, I have over 8 years of experience in leading the strategic design and delivery of user-centered and inclusive benefits including for the people of Scotland. I hold the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) credential and have expertise in agile product lifecycle management and requirements analysis.My mission is to enable and empower the people of Scotland to access the benefits they are entitled to, and to improve their well-being and quality of life. I am passionate about applying user-centered design principles and practices to create and maintain benefits that are easy to understand, apply for, and receive. I am also committed to driving agile transformation and innovation across the organization, and to collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners to deliver value and impact.
